Deborah Jenkins Hutchinson President / Director
Deborah's career with over 30 years experience in the healthcare and technology sectors is highlighted with a track record in successfully taking early development healthcare and biotech companies from concept to product development and finally sales. She is an inventor and co-inventor of multiple US patents for pharmacy, telemedicine and other technical applications, and has led numerous initiatives in the healthcare technology arena. Hutchinson brings international business experience to WNDM, with past experience in Europe, China, the Americas, and Asia. She is the past President of Healthcare Computer Corporation, past President of pH Solutions, Ltd., and served on numerous health industry boards and committees including the Intel Health Advisory Board and the Health Industry Business Communications Council Board (HIBCC). She is presently a director and advisor for Private Access, Inc.
Araldo Cossutta - Director
Araldo is President of Cossutta and Associates, a worldwide architectural firm based in New York City. Previously, he was a partner with I.M. Pei & Partners and a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Design and the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris. Mr. Cossutta was a significant shareholder and chairman in Personal Computer Card Corporation and also a large shareholder and director of Computer Integration Corporation from 1993 to 2000.
Steven Evans - Director
Steve is a Certified Public Accountant with Evans Miller Warriner & Company, PLLC, certified public accounting firm which he established in 1976 in Barbourville, Kentucky, after several years with the international accounting firm now known as Ernst and Young. He is also a founder and active in the management of PTRL, which operates contract research laboratories located in Kentucky, California and Germany. He is also a founder and active in the management of environmental, financial, and hotel corporations in Kentucky and Tennessee.
Robert Gross - Director
Bob is President of R. E. Gross & Associates, providing consulting and systems projects for clients in the multi-location service, banking and healthcare industries. From 1987 to 1990, he was vice president-technical operations for Medaphis Physicians Service Corp., Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that, he held executive positions with Chi-Chi's, Inc., Royal Crown and TigerAir. He also spent 13 years as an engineer with IBM.
Thomas Kirchhofer - Director
Dr. Thomas Kirchhofer is an award winning doctor of chiropractic engaged in human nutrition and wellness since 1980. The primary focus of his career has been leadership and education of both layperson and professional as a former president of the Georgia Chiropractic Association, Inc., Seminar leader of The Wellness Coaches, and Standardized Patient Trainer for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dr. Philip J. Rubinfeld - Director
Dr. Rubinfeld has served as the Director of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at Surgery Center of Northwest Jersey, LLC and he has served as Medical Director and Director of Anesthesiology at Specialty Surgical Center, LLC since 2007. Dr. Rubinfeld has also worked in private practice specializing in pain management since 1996. He is a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice and a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology, the American Board of Anesthesiology – Pain Management, the American Board of Pain Medicine, and the American Academy of Pain Management. In March 2010, Dr. Rubinfeld received the Physician's Recognition Award from the New Jersey Medical Society. Dr. Rubinfeld received his M.D. from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico, and his B.A. in Biological Science from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Gilbert Valdez - Director
Gilbert has previously been President and CEO of four major financial and healthcare corporations. Most recently, he served as CEO of Hospital Billing and Collection Services, Inc., a $550 million healthcare receivables financing entity located in Wilmington, DE; Medaphis Corporation, an interstate, multi-dimensional healthcare service agency based in Atlanta; and NEIC, a national consortium of 40 major insurance companies formed for development of electronic claim billing standards. Mr. Valdez has 30 years of senior healthcare receivables financing experience.
