First, our technology team conducts an initial evaluation of the non-confidential data you provide. Next, a comprehensive evaluation team performs more complete due diligence. This team may include members of your staff as well as Wound Management Technologies, Inc. representatives from research, manufacturing, sales and marketing, senior management and members of our Scientific Advisory Board. We may refer the project to outside consultants for evaluation as well.
We have found that this approach ensures that together we can complete our start the important work of moving a product toward commercialization or incorporating the new technology into our R&D efforts in the shortest possible time. Typically we look for the following criteria:
